The purpose of this Product Safety Advisory is to inform you of a potential anomaly that exists with 1794-OE12,
1794-IE4XOE2, and 1794-IE4XOE2XT Flex Analog Modules when used with RSLogix 5000 programming software
versions prior to V20.01.00. This anomaly will be corrected in RSLogix 5000 V20.01.00 and later.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Best Lighting Products is voluntarily recalling LHQM LED Exit Signs with Emergency Lights sold between January 1, 2011 through May 31, 2011.

If you purchased this fixture after January 1, 2011 and your fixture has the following date codes on the inside fixture housing: 1003S10, 1004S10 or 1005S10 and/or date codes on the packaging carton of March, April or May 2010, you should contact a Lithonia Lighting representative immediately to arrange for a replacement.
